Account Creation, Verification & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the waze009 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different details is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. waze009 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. waze009 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact the waze009 support team immediately and change your password without delay.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the waze009 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the waze009 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and local bank transfer. Each deposit will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed, which typically occurs within a few minutes depending on the method chosen.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the one used to create your waze009 account. Any withdrawal request that does not meet our identity verification requirements will be placed on hold until the necessary verification is completed. waze009 is not liable for any withdrawal delays resulting from a user's failure to fulfil these verification requirements.
Waze009 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's terms of use. In such cases, the funds involved may be held pending investigation. All decisions regarding disputed transactions are final, subject to the evidence provided.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension and Intellectual Property
Waze009 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting. The platform is provided "as is" without any ongoing warranty as to availability or accuracy of information. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and make their decisions independently.
Waze009 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms breach, fraud, bot usage, or unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation may not be entitled to a refund of funds held in the account, depending on the nature of the breach.
All content on the waze009 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software and code — is the exclusive property of waze009 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from waze009.
Third-Party Links, Term Amendments and Applicable Law
The waze009 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game software providers or payment processors. waze009 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Waze009 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion.
